How to permanently delete your Grid Folio account and linked progress.

Delete from the app
Sign into the account you want to remove, then open Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Read the confirmation carefully and complete the deletion steps. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
Your account, profile, saved custom grids, linked gameplay progress, and wallet are removed. Registering again starts a new account; it does not restore the deleted one.

Purchase records
Limited transaction records may be retained for purchase verification, refunds, and preventing duplicate credits. Account deletion does not request an app-store refund. Read Purchases & Refunds before deleting an account with a purchase issue.

Cannot access the app?
Email [email protected] with the subject “Grid Folio account deletion”. Include the account email and explain that you want the account deleted. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting. Never send your password or verification codes.
