Using Grid Folio

These terms apply to the Grid Folio app and website. Use the service for personal entertainment and in accordance with applicable law and the terms of your app store. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, involve a parent or guardian.

Your account and progress

Keep your account credentials private and use an appropriate, non-impersonating username. Cloud progress belongs to the account you are signed into. Guest data remains on the device; connectivity and account changes can affect when progress is synchronized.

Keep the app open long enough for pending transactions and progress to sync before signing out or clearing app data.

Your custom words

You retain any rights you have in the words and grid names you provide. You allow Grid Folio to store and process that content as needed to create, display, save, and synchronize your grids. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or sensitive personal content.

Coins, Points, and purchases

Coins are used for eligible in-app actions, including hints, Freeze, custom-grid creation, and Explore replays. Points measure gameplay achievement and determine leaderboard ranking; they are not a payment currency. Coins and Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Costs and rewards are displayed in the app and may change in future versions. Purchases are processed by your app store and credited after verification. Duplicate or refunded transactions may be rejected or reversed. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Play fairly

Do not automate gameplay, tamper with purchase or ad verification, exploit rewards, impersonate others, or attempt to access another account. Invalid scores and rewards may be corrected. See Fair Play for more information.

Stopping and deleting

You may stop playing at any time. To remove your account, use Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes linked account progress. Deleting the app is not the same as deleting the account.

Availability and updates

Features, catalogue content, prices, and availability can vary by platform and version. Network and third-party service interruptions may affect sign-in, sync, purchases, or ads. The service is provided subject to applicable law; nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
