Coins and Points are different
Coins pay for hints, Freeze, additional custom grids, and eligible Explore replays. Points are earned through gameplay and used for ranking. Buying coins does not buy leaderboard Points.

Buying coins
Open the Coin Store from your coin balance in Profile. Choose a pack and confirm the price shown by the App Store or Google Play. Available packs, currency, and pricing are determined by the store. Coins are credited after the transaction is verified.

A purchase has not appeared
Stay signed into the account used for the purchase and check your connection. Reopen the app to allow pending verification to retry. Do not buy the pack again just to retry delivery.
If the balance is still incorrect, email [email protected] with your username, platform, app version, purchase time, and store transaction ID. Do not send full payment details.

Restore Purchases
Restore Purchases can recheck eligible pending store transactions. Coin packs are consumable: restoring does not duplicate coins that were already delivered or spent.

Requesting a refund
Billing and refund requests are handled by the store where you bought the pack, subject to its policies and applicable law. Refunded or reversed purchases can lead to the related coins being reversed.
